Baking with Lauren

Welcome to my baking blog! My name is Lauren Tang and I am passionate about baking and cooking and I wanted to make a fun and exciting place where I can help spread the joy of baking! I've been baking for over 15+ years and have attended many cooking and baking camps including the PICA (Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts) for a Summer Program. Also, I recently graduated from the University of British Columbia with my B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Family Studies, and I'm currently working on my Masters of Business of Business Administration through Quantic School of Business and Technology. Through this blog, I hope to inspire one baker at a time!
