August Baking Recap!

Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies!

By: Lauren Tang

Today I decided to make these Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies for my friend's birthday. I typically make recipes with a more adventurous ingredient list, but classics such as these cookies definitely hit home. There weren't too many modifications that I had to make for the recipe, but you could swap out the chocolate chips for white chocolate chips and cranberries or butterscotch. I liked how simple they were to make and how there wasn't any additional fridge time compared to other recipes. Overall, this recipe made 17 regular sized cookies in total and took 12min to bake per batch in the oven at 350F. I ended up letting them cool for about 10-15min on a cooling rack before packing them in a container. Hope you enjoyed this review and happy baking :)
