Happy fall! Today I decided to make these delicious Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Muffins. Making these was fairly simple and there weren't many alterations that I needed to make. I love how you could also substitute the flavours for orange or lemon or even add chocolate chips for a different taste. In total, this recipe made 14 muffins and took 8min at 425F and 14min at 350F to bake. I sprinkled some sugar on top before baking but I feel like if you used a coarse sugar it would've enhanced the flavours even more. As for cooling, it took about 10-15min and were just the right fluffiness. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoy making them too!
