My Famous Banana Breads!

One of my all time favourite bakery items to make is banana bread. After my many years of baking banana breads I started to make multiple different varieties of mini banana bread loaves. From left to right from the photograph below the different varieties are: M&M, Mini Rainbow Chocolate Chip, Roasted Pecans with Honey, Cranberries and Sunflower Seeds, Chocolate Chip, Roasted Walnuts with White Chocolate Chunks, Roasted Pumpkin Seeds with Dates, and Apricot!
