Apple Cinnamon Baked Oatmeal Cups!

These delicious baked oatmeal cups are a great starter to any day! They are the perfect energy booster to start your day right! They are super easy to make and are sooo good! You can taste a balance between oatmeal and muffins as they taste almost identical to a moist muffin! To make it interesting I added chopped apples with cinnamon but there are other combinations that can be done as well, including chocolate chip, peanut butter, bluberry, strawberry, walnuts, pecans, maple syrup, honey, or any other topping that you like in your oatmeal will definitely taste amazing in these oatmeal cups. Surprisingly they taste great and are a convenient snack! When I first saw baked oatmeal cups trending on Pinterest I wasn't sure if they actually tasted good or were some strange new trend popping up on my feed, but after trying out the recipe I learned it was definitely because of the taste. One of the best parts about making these oatmeal cups is that you can easily subsitute other ingredients in to make it personalized to you. For instance for the toppings I used apples and cinnamon and instead of using sugar I substituted it for honey, and it turned out amazing! Other subsitutions for sugar can also be agave syrup, maple syrup, stevia, and more! These are definitely a trend that I'll keep around a little longer and they are also the perfect snack or breakfast for your early mornings on the go!
