Healthy Cranberry Muffins (GF, DF, & Sugar-Free)!

Today I decided to make this fall rendition of these delicious Healthy Cranberry Muffins. These muffins are gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and dairy-free, perfect for those of you who have allergies or are trying to eat healthier. To make this recipe, I used 1/4 cup of honey instead of 1/2 cup. I also used silicone baking cups for some of the muffins, as I didn't have enough for all 12 muffins and they're a great alternative to paper muffin liners that's also eco-friendly. However, if you plan on sharing these with friends/family, I recommend either taking them out of the silicone cups, using a cooking spray/oil to grease the muffin tins, or using paper muffin liners for a certain number of muffins. I ended up baking them for 18min in the oven at 325F and they turned out great! Overall, I hope you enjoyed this recipe and happy baking :)
