Lemon Blueberry Loaves with Lemon Sugar Glaze!

These lemon blueberry loaves are the perfect treat for a weekend! This recipe turned out exceptionally well and I would definitely recommend it to everyone to give this recipe a try. The story of this recipe is that I originally received two cookbooks from the author themselves who owns a bed and breakfast called Fairholme Manor Inn in Victoria, BC, as my aunt knows the author. My aunt then told her friend about how I enjoy baking and I have a blog about it, and she was kind enough to autograph her two published cookbooks to me as a present for motivation and inspiration. So i decided to try out one of the recipes and it worked out amazing. For this recipe it makes 2 regular sized loaves, however I decided that I wanted to make mini loaves as well, so i made 4 mini loaves and 1 regular sized loaf, which turned out amazing! The time in the oven required for the mini loaves were around 25-30 min as I have a cool baking tray that has 8 mini loaf trays attached together, so it fits very well in the oven. A definite must and I will be posting more recipes from these books in the future!
