Happy Fourth of July! These fourth of july strawberry blueberry white chocolate chip mini muffins are the perfect addition to any of your get togethers or BBQ's! To celebrate there are colours of each part of the flag from blueberries representing blue, strawberries representing red, and white chocolate chips representing white! Red and white stripes with blue is the most patriotic way to celebrate! What better way to try these out then with these adorable mini muffins! When making these muffins I substituted half of the strawberries in the recipe it calls for and used blueberries to better represent the fourth of july (125g of blueberries and 125g of strawberries). Also if you don't have self rising flour you can easily make your own all you need is flour, baking powder, and salt, I've added a recipe for you down below! This recipe makes 16-20 large muffins and approximately 3 to 3/2 dozen mini muffins! A favourite treasure for everyone! But these muffins aren't only amazing during the fourth of july they're great all year round! Be sure to wave your flag today while watching the fireworks and eating a handful of these adorable celebratory muffins!
