Today, I made a super summer-y banana bread variation by adding fresh mango and blueberries. I used the same formula as seen in previous posts and used 2 ripe bananas. Also, I cut up 1 full mango and added a few handfuls of blueberries. It took about 30min in the oven since they were mini banana breads and it made approximately six banana breads. Other variations I made before include: chocolate chip, walnut and dried cranberries, white chocolate macadamia nut, honey with dried apricots, raisins with sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds with agave nectar, m&m's, peanuts, pistachios, raspberries with white chocolate, cashews with strawberries, and more. The best part about banana bread is that it's a very versatile combination and you can add as many or as little add-ins as you like. Overall, this was a fun combination to make and I hope that you have fun baking! :)
