Stuffed Shrimp Mozzarella Portobello Mushroom Caps!

This week I decided to make these delicious Stuffed Shrimp Mozzarella Portobello Mushroom Caps! Yes, I know these aren't technically a dessert but you do bake them in the oven for the final product, plus they ended up being super delicious! As you can see in the photo below some of them have more or less mozzarella mainly because I made them individually and some of my guests didn't like cheese or were lactose intolerant, regardless the mushroom caps still tasted delicious. Although, the mozzarella added a nice finishing touch. They were also super filling and afterwards most people weren't able to have much of an appetite for a lot else, so I'm not really sure if that's a good or bad thing. But I guess it's good if you want a quick meal and can prepare them for the week. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I would definitely make them again, I hope that you love making these as much as I did! Happy Baking!
