Orange Dreamsicle Bliss Balls!

Writer's picture: Lauren TangLauren Tang

Today I decided to make these delicious Orange Dreamsicle Bliss Balls! These are both healthy and so easy to make, and will last approximately 3-5days depending on how you store them. This recipe turned out really well, however, the batter was a bit thick and I think this was because I accidentally added the coconut flakes in the mixture accidentally. But it still turned out pretty well and I then rolled the batter through coconut flakes afterwards on top of the original coconut measurement, so it was fairly coconut-y haha. As for the orange zest I used a mini grater. As for combining the batter I used a mini Kitchenaid food processor which was super helpful and I definitely recommend using one if you have it! This recipe had a fairly looming orange and lemon zest presence so if you're not a big fan of citrus then you may prefer one of the other bliss ball recipes that I have reviewed previously such as the carrot cake bliss balls or the nut free cacao bites. i realize that these look really similar to the carrot cake bliss balls but I promise you that they taste nothing alike and are in fact a different recipe haha. Overall, this recipe turned out fairly well and made a total of 14 bliss balls and as for storage I stored it in a Rubbermaid container.
