Thanksgiving Roasted Cauliflower!

It's time to bring out the drumroll please..... THANKSGIVING ROASTED CAULIFLOWER! Okay, so when I said this my parents actually laughed because I was super enthusiastic about this recipe since I've never made this before but I kept seeing it all over the internet specifically Pinterest and Instagram for the past few years, hence the caps lock and have been waiting forever to try it (okay so like 1 or 2 years, but still!!). Anyways, I was very excited and I was super happy with the results of this recipe and I would definitely recommend trying it out if you are a vegetarian or vegan, however, if you're vegan you'll need to alter the recipe a bit, such as using an oil instead of butter, etc. but this recipe will make it fairly easy to change. I didn't need to make too many alterations to this recipe, however, I did need to add about 2 extra tbsps of flour to thicken the gravy but that's mainly a preference. Also, I only needed to roast the cauliflower for 40min rather than an 1hr to 1 and a half hours, but I also attribute this to my super fast oven! Overall, this recipe tasted delicious and I do recommend serving it warm. Over time I think I'll perfect the slicing of the roasted cauliflower but in the meantime I'll still enjoy the cauliflower :) Hope you all enjoyed this recipe and be sure to try it out for next Thanksgiving or American Thanksgiving or your Christmas dinner! Happy Baking or should I say cooking?
