Today I decided to make these delicious S'mores Mini Banana Breads! I made the typical banana bread recipe that I've used for the past few editions but I still can't seem to find the recipe that I used, but as soon as I find it I'll add it to this post :) To make these mini banana breads with a s'mores twist I added about 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of mini marshmallows. You could make this even more of a s'mores twist if you were to make a graham cracker bottom to each of the mini banana breads before adding the banana bread batter using melted butter and ground graham crackers. This recipe made 6 mini banana breads and I got the tray from Winners but I've also seen them at Homesense, Marshalls, and Williams Sonoma before. You could also add different types of chocolate chips if you wanted to be more adventurous such as white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, caramel chocolate chips, or mini chocolate chips.
