Blueberry Apple Chocolate Chip Pecan Mini Banana Breads!

Today I decided to make a classic rendition with a twist to make Blueberry Apple Chocolate Chip Pecan Mini Banana Breads! Okay, so at this point you can tell I'm just constantly experimenting with different variations or combinations of banana breads but surprisingly this combination turned out really well! All of the flavours complimented each other and all of the people who ate it loved it, as crazy complicated as this may seem :) Also, I finally found the recipe that I've been using for years online again and I have linked it down below. The only differences are that I used 3/4 cup of sugar like it has suggested and since I made 7 mini banana breads I baked them in the oven for exactly 25min and boom they were perfect! Also, I generally use 3 to 4 ripe bananas depending on how many bananas I have and how many banana breads I want to make. Since generally the more bananas you use the sweeter it will be or make more banana breads. If you do use more bananas then try using 1/2 cup sugar depending on your preference or palate for sweetness. I added about 2 handfuls of fresh blueberries but you can also use frozen ones. As for the apple addition I sliced one medium size gala apple into small pieces and then I added about 1.5 handfuls of crumbled/chopped pecans, as well as 1.5 handfuls of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoyed this review and now that I have finally found the online version of this recipe to share with you, I hope that you like making it just as much as I do :)
