Today I decided to make these delicious Strawberry Grape Chocolate Chip Almond Mini Banana Breads! Perfect for summer and spring, as well as for sharing among your friends and family. For this recipe, I followed it pretty much exactly except for baking it for 25min at 350F and using ¾ cup of sugar. I used 3 ripe bananas and incorporated about ½ cup of crumbled roasted almonds and I used about 1/3 cup of Chipits chocolate chips. For grapes, I cut about 1 to 1.5 handfuls of red grapes cut into quarters, along with 5-6 medium sized strawberries cut into eighths. This recipe made about 6 mini banana breads but can make up to 8 mini banana breads, depending on the size and number of bananas used in the recipe. I love this recipe so much because it’s so easy to incorporate a variety of add-ins. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoyed this review. Make sure to fill the bread tins in the bread pan halfway with water if you don’t fill them with batter to ensure the pan doesn’t burn and the breads stay soft and moist as they bake.
