Today I decided to make these delicious Banana Chocolate Chip Pecan Muffins! Perfect with a cold glass of milk or warm tea :) Making this recipe was fairly easy and it didn't require too many modifications. However, I did use pecans instead of walnuts, which was a nice addition, but also because I didn't have any walnuts on hand. Another substitution that you could try would be to add blueberries instead of pecans, but I feel like that would be more a summer muffin recipe. These muffins ended up taking 18min to bake at 350F and made 14 regular-sized muffins in total. Hope you enjoyed this review and happy baking :)
