Today I decided to make these delicious Chocolate Cupcakes topped with a Peanut Butter Frosting and drizzled with a Chocolate Ganache on top! These are great for any occasion and are simple to make. In terms of modifications, there weren't many that I needed to make, but a nice addition that could be added would be a molten peanut butter centre for the cupcake. You could also try a peanut butter swirl into the cupcake batter, I did end up using the espresso powder to give it an extra kick. In terms of baking time, it took 18 min at 350F and about 10min for cooling time. As for the chocolate ganache drizzle, I would recommend using a spoon or if you want to get fancy you could put it into an icing bag and cut off the tip for a more controlled result.
