Banana Snickerdoodle Cookies!

Today I decided to make these delicious Banana Snickerdoodle Cookies! I've never heard of this combination before, but I knew I had to try it out once I had some leftover bananas at home. There weren't many modifications that I had to make, however, I did end up chilling the dough in the fridge for about 1hr before baking and it took approximately 12min to bake each batch in the oven at 350F. In total, this recipe made 18 regular-sized cookies and I let them cool for about 10-15min. Something you could also try adding would be a banana cream on top of each cookie for a decadent spin on it. Overall, I had a lot of fun and have a wonderful time baking in 2025!
