Today I decided to make this delicious Maple Apple Upside Down Cake. Great with a cup of coffee or cold glass of milk. There weren't many modifications that I needed to make, but there were some tricks I used to make it easier. For instance, I added 1tbsp of white vinegar to 3/4 cup of milk to create buttermilk. Also, I ended up using 2 large apples instead of 3 since they were quite large. I did end up using butter and flour for the pan, but I think I would also put a non-stick spray on it before that to make sure it wouldn't stick even more. The cake took about 1hr to bake at 350F and I used an 8 inch round pan. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoyed this review. Happy baking :)
