Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies!
March 11th, 2025
By: Lauren Tang
Today I decided to make these delicious Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies! These cookies taste even better when paired with a cold glass of milk or hot cup of tea. There weren't many modifications that I needed to make, however, I did opt out of the pecans as I was making them for a party. Despite this I think that adding the pecans would be a nice touch and would add another dimension to the overall texture and flavour of the cookie. I also used best brown sugar and if you wanted to add some changes you could add cocoa powder to the dough for a more intense chocolate cookie taste. In total, this recipe made 12 cookies and took about 14min to bake. Overall, I had a lot of fun making these cookies and I hope you do too! Happy baking :)

Inside Out Chocolate Chip Cookies!
March 18th, 2025

Today I decided to make these delicious Inside Out Chocolate Chip Cookies to celebrate an end of term class. These were fairly easy to make and used common household ingredients, which made it more accessible. They took approximately 15min to bake at 350F and made 12 cookies per batch, so I ended up making 4 batches to have enough for the classes I taught. However, some of the cookies weren't as consistent depending on the batch, so keep that in mind when baking in larger batches. I also didn't use as many white chocolate chips in the latter batches and I found that affected the appearance a bit, so make sure to have enough chocolate chips prior to baking. I let them cool for about 10-15min before packaging them and they settled into their shape easily. Overall, I had a lot of fun making these cookies and I hope you have a great week baking!
