These Banana Chocolate Chip Cupcakes with Chocolate Ganache are not only a mouthful of words they are also amazingly delicious! Whenever baked goods are used with pure ingredients they do tend to be much better than store bought ones anyday of the week. This was my first attempt at making Chocolate Ganache and I was happily surprised that they were fun and easy to make! On top of that they had a nice clean finish afterwards which is always great when presenting them to friends and family. Also the banana flavour nicely evens out the balance between both Chocolate and Banana in the perfect combination! These cupcakes were fluffy and moist and definitely a crowd favourite! I made these duirng the summer time over to our friend's place for dinner and they were ecstatic to have more! Also to add a nice little touch to the cupcakes and bring in some colour to compliment the rich dark chocolate colour I used fun cupcake tins! For all of them except for one I used silver cupcake tins that had a pin, orange and purple polka dot pattern on the outside, and since it was one of our friend's birthday's I made a special cupcake just for her by putting it in a Happy Birthday cupcake tin! How perfect is that? For suggestions on making the bananas nice and fluffy I recommend either using a fork( if you're short on time) or a Kitchenaid Mixer (as the bananas are filled with a fluffy and moist texture to the cupcakes)! These cupcakes were a success and I would definitely recommend making these cupcakes for those banana and chocolate lovers out there!
