Chocolate Butterfly Cupcakes with Lemon Buttercream!

These chocolatey Butterfly Cupcakes are cute, soft, beautiful, and delicious. Lemon and chocolate may seem like a strange combination but they strangely compliment each other extrememly well! To make these regular chocolate cupcakes into butterfly cupcakes, simply cut out a circle in the middle of each cupcake. Once this is done then fill the hole where the cupcake circles used to fill with the lemon buttercream. After that's done it's time for the finishing touches of cutting each circle in half and placing them like butterfly wings on top of each cupcake in the middle at a slanted angle. Then lightly sprinkle icing sugar on top of each cupcake with a sifter and voila there are your perfectly amazing chocolate butterfly cupcakes! Now go try making these today and don't forget to completely cool the cupcakes before spreading on the buttercream on to the cupcakes. If you want to get fancy you can also use a piping bag to make the icing look extra special!
