These S'mores cupcakes are the perfect summer cupcake for a reminder of a camping trip! What better way to let your kids or family that you're going to go on a camping trip? These are chocolate cupcakes with a homemade marshmallow frosting on top with a roasted finish just like roasted marshmallows! On top of all of that these S'mores cupcakes have a graham cracker bottom that make them even more authentic! To make the roasted finish for the marshmallows I used a hand held torch which was perfect for this case, but there are also fancier creme brulee ones out there as well. When making the marshmallow topping make sure that the gelatin has time to make the marshmallow stick together. Also make sure to let the cupcakes cool completely before putting the marshmallow topping on the cupcakes to make sure that they don't melt! These are definitely the perfect cupcakes for sweet tooth lovers out there.
