I think that we can all agree that cream puffs are amazing and just having them around make our lives amazing! Am I right? Well, after this heavily made debate (not really) I decided to make them from scratch! I was actually extremely surprised to discover that they weren't as hard as I thought! Yes, they are an extremely difficult pastry to master but for my first try I wasn't trying to make them perfect, so all in all I was really happy with the results! One thing that I would recommend when making cream puffs is to not put on too much egg whites onto the puffs before putting them in the oven because it causes the puffs to become extremely hard! Other than that it was a relatively easy recpe that I would recommend to all of my friends and family! My favourite part of the whole recipe was assembling them! Of course, a little whipped cream never hurt nobody, or at least that's what my dad always tells me (hahaha)! Also to make them really fancy sprinkle some powdered icing sugar on top and voila, they are now ready to present! But if you would like to make them more professional try using a silver tray with white doiles under each cream puff to make each one extra special! But who can say no to a cream puff!
