These S'mores cookies are the perfect summer treat! They are great for picnics, parties, and barbeques! I absolutely love it when combinations of treats work out so well, and these cookies are definitely among them! Just like PB & J they are so amazing you'll wonder how they ever weren't even thought of as a combination in the first place! With the toasted mini marshmallows on the top and the oozing chocolate chunks with the cookies being the base acting as the graham cracker it is amazing! The only thing I would make sure to tell anyone who is going to be making these wonderful cookies is that you should keep watch on them to make sure that they don't burn. Otherwise, the marshmallows won't be soft and fluffy like we all now they are in a campfire! But if you want to be extra careful in making sure that the marshmallows don't burn but the chocolate chunks melt trying making the chocolate a bit smaller and that should make it easier to handle! Another alternative would be to mix the chooclate chunks and the mini marshmallows into the cookie batter! Try them out today I guarantee it'll remind you of a campfire!
