These super cute mini honey roasted almond bundt cakes are absolutely delicious and are perfect for birthdays when you only want a little bit of cake rather than one huge cake! This recipe also makes 3-4 mini bundt cakes so you'll be able to all have one each that doesn't require cutting the cake! Now you may be wondering where you can buy these mini bundt cake pans? There are multiple places where you can buy mini bundt cake pans,for me I bought them at Winners in the Home section and they worked out perfectly! But for others who don't have a Winners near them they can also be found at multiple baking supplies shops such as Williams-Sonoma, or any local baking supplies shop. They can also be found at Target, Walmart, Michaels, Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and even on Amazon! So there are multiple places where you can find these mini cake pans. You can either buy the pans where there are 6 mini bundt cakes you can do all at once or the individual cake pans! I bought the individual cake pans and they worked out just fine as long as you remember to grease the pan before putting in the batter, however if I were to buy them again I would probably buy the combined bundt cake pan because you'll be able to make more cakes and it's also less time consuming! For the almonds I roasted them in my mini toaster oven until I could smell the aroma of the almonds and that worked out perfectly! For the final touches I drizzled on honey from my local bee centre and it tasted amazing! I made this for my mom's birthday as she only wanted a tiny cake this year so it worked out just perfectly. I would definitely recommend this recipe to anyone who wants individual mini cakes and loves almonds, honey, and bundt cakes!
