Today I decided to make these cute Mini Banana Bundt Cakes with Vanilla Caramel Glaze! These are the perfect mini dessert for a summer treat especially topped with whipped cream and/or vanilla bean ice-cream. You can even slice them into smaller pieces or present them as one full cake per person. Topped with some berries, you have the full enchilada! In total, this recipe ended up making 4 mini bundt cakes and took about 22min to bake at 350F. Overall, this recipe was fairly quick and easy to make and I would recommend giving it a try for your next summer BBQ dessert! Happy baking :)
