Blueberry Sour Cream Coffee Cake!

This blueberry sour cream coffee cake is so perfectly moist and soft you'll never want to stop eating it! To make these blueberry sour cream mini coffee cakes you'll need 4 mini bundt cake pans. When I made this recipe I had no idea how they would look like and I was pleasantly surprised to see that you had a beautiful golden crusted top with a bundt cake bottom, resembling a giant muffin. The many blueberries in this recipe will make you want more. But no need to worry, as there are plenty to be found in this recipe. On top of that, this coffee cake has an extremely soft and delicate interior that will make you wonder where this recipe has been all this time! The original recipe calls for 1 9inch bundt cake pan but I only had mini bundt cake pans and it worked out terrific, but be sure to keep your eye on the oven, as they are smaller cakes! If you are planning on having a get together will three friends this recipe will do the trick, so that each of you can have your very own coffe cake. Or you could always share them to have more friends over, but after having one bite of this cake you'll want one all for yourself! Let the kitchen capture your creativity and have fun baking!
