These mini chocolate covered rice krispy surprises are not only super easy to make but also a treat for everyone! They are definite crowd pleasers but their interesting shape in a ball sized format and the delicious chocolate oozing over all of the sides make them that much better for both presentation and eating! Just pop one of these delicious rice krispy surprises into your mouth and you'll feel like a million bucks! To make them extra special you can also sprinkle on icing sugar which I did after I took this picture! Also you can put them into a cute little box, bag, or cup and it can be like a to go rice krispy cup! I made these initially for my cousin's birthday along with some regular sized and formed rice krispies but the ones that I made here were the biggest hit of all! To make the chocolate thicker and creamy I added some whipping cream to the chocolate mix before rolling them in it. These are perfect for a snack night of watching movies or just for any occasion! As for shaping them I used my hands to form them into a ball shape once they had cooled down! Be sure to try these super easy rice krispy surprises and you'll be making them all the time!
