These pink lemonade cupcakes are just the refresher dessert that you'll need to keep you on your toes this summer! Filled with flavours of sugar, a bit of a zing, and everything nice, that will make you wonder where these cupcakes have been all your life. We start out with a deliciously moist mini cupcakes inspired with some lemon and strawberries. Then once they are out of the oven, it's glaze time! From there we have a pink lemonade glaze on top of the pink lemonade cupcakes that add to the delicious cupcake base. After that they are all yours to go! the great thing about these cupcakes is that they make about 24-30 mini cupcakes, so there's plenty to go around for a BBQ and summer get together with all of your friends and family. You can also make them into regular sized cupcakes but they will take longer if you do this, so be sure to keep an eye on the oven. Also if you want to make it fancy you can also make either a strawberry or lemon buttercream and swirl it on top of each mini cupcake with a piping bag and then add on top either a mini candied lemon wedge or a strawberry slice topped with a mini paper straw, if you so desire!
