These delicious anzac biscuits are a treat for everyon! Their taste, texture, and appearance very well resembles a Dad's cookie, except that they are homemade and absolutely delicious! They are easy to make and a fan favourite! They have coconut, oats, and creamed honey to make them that much more delicious! They taste great when dipped in milk, coffee, or hot chocolate, or any of your favourite cookie dipping beverages! I would definitely recommend making these delicious biscuits as they remind me of a bright and sunny summer day! Make sure to use parchment paper when making these cookies or a silicon mat. Warning if you use wax paper it will stick and burn slightly in the oven, as wax paper isn't heat retardent! Also make sure to roll the dough in your hands into a ball and space them out 2 inches apart and press them down ever so slightly, so that they resemble a Dad's cookie and for even cooking. This recipe makes about 20-25 cookies and make sure to make them the size of 1-2 tablespoons! Have fun baking and let me know what you think of this delicious biscuit recipe!
