Who's that coming your way? Why it's none other than the ruby red reindeer? Try out these delicious treats with a recipe from the original ruby red reindeer, Rudolf, himself! Okay so maybe not but these are so good that you'll believe that they were! These ruby red reindeer ginger snap cookies are the best Christmas cookies that you'll ever have! They are sweet and delicous and soft with a true sentiment of freshly grated ginger inside my secret batter! On top fo the reindeers I've used 2 mini gluten free pretzels mainly because I couldn't find regular mini pretzels but they worked just as well. They were made by glutino and are made of corn. For the eyse and the eyes I used m &m's and used 2 brown eyes and 1 red nose but you can also buy them in bulk for certain colours at some grocery stores or the M &M store themselves. I simply just bought a bag of M & M's and picked them out but this worked out the best.
