Happy Canada Day! The best way to celebrate Canada Day is with these delicious maple cookies! These maple cookies are one of the best ways a Canadian can celebrate Canada Day! They have a wholesome childhood flashback of goodness from using maple syrup on pancakes and salmon! They have an amazing flavour and resemble ginger snaps that you have during Christmas time! Since the servings were quite large making 60 cookies I changed the serving size which can easily be done with their tool on the website to 30 cookies and they turned out amazing! I also made these cookies slightly larger than 1 inch cookies so they took about 5 min longer in the oven! A classic and a favourite that is perfect to add to your Canada Day celebrations! What better way to have a Canada Day than with these cookies, eh?
