These M&M chocolate chip cookie bars are amazing! They are super easy to make and delicious to eat! Hard on the outside and soft on the inside! As sweet as they look they are actually just the right amount of sweetness! Although, in the recipe they used a 9 by 13 inch pan I used a 9 by 9 inch pan and it worked out amazing. However, due to the density of the cookies I did have to put it in the oven longer by 2-3 min. You can tell when they're ready based on whether when you put a toothpick through the middle if it comes out clean. Although, make sure that you put the toothpick through a spot that isn't an M&M or a chocolate chip, as many will have mixed signals about its readiness! I initially made these for a friends birthday, and she loved them! These are a great treat for a birthday surprise! Be sure to make these soon for all you M&M and chocolate lovers out there!
