These Magic Peanut Butter Filled Chocolate Cookies are one of the best cookies I've ever made! Not only are they extremely fun to make but they also make your house smell even better! The taste is perfect, as it combines both chocolate and peanut butter into one! This recipe makes about 18-20 cookies and is one of the easiest peanut butter filled chocolate cookies I've seen around! These are perfect for both chocolate and peanut butter lovers alike! It's like the old-fashioned Koogle (a spread mix between chocolate and peanut butter in the 70's-90's)! I would also recommend rinsing a glass cup with water and then submerse it in sugar and press it onto each cookie. Also make a 1inch peanut butter ball and surround it with layer of chocolate cookie dough around it. Also spread them out on a cookie sheet about 12 cookies per tray. I would also recommend using a mixer to make the dough to ensure the ingredients are mixed just right. Overall, these cookies are amazing and a huge hit among both friends and family!
