What is one of the staples for everyone who loves dessert? The Classic Rice Krispy Treat, of course! Such a simple yet classic dessert that is perfect for building cake molds, adding a little extra something to muffins or cookies, cereal, and so much more! These have always been one of my favourite recipes, because they are super easy to make, a fan favourite for pretty much everyone, great for a snack/dessert, and even better when homemade. I know that in my household these don't last for long and I'm sure that they don't in yours either :) Rice Krispies are so versatile and you can make so many alternatives like peanut butter cup rice krispies, pumpkin spice rice krispies, strawberry shortcake rice krispies, into pretty much any shape you can think of, and they add a cute touch to any cake as a topper, whether it's a witch hat for a Halloween cake or an easter bunny for Easter. These are a great starter recipe for your kids to start baking in the kitchen and have lots of fun!
