Do you love chocolate? No, do you really love chocolate? And Oreos too? If you said yes to all three then this is the cupcake for you! With a decadent chocolate yet fluffy cupcake batter and an Oreo in the middle to boot, with an Oreo buttercream frosting sprinkled with crushed Oreo cookies, this is the Chocolate LOVERS Cupcake! What could be better than this for a chocolate lover? Super fun to make and just as rewarding too, especially once cut down the middle, you will be super satisfied and excited that you took this opportunity to make these cupcakes today! I recommend that everyone who makes them, must cut one down the middle and take a picture as its just so satisfying to see all of your hard work in cupcake form :) One of my suggestions for the frosting is to make sure that you completely crush the Oreo bits that are added, because otherwise they will get stuck in the piping bag tip. I recommend using a blender or whacking it with a rolling pin multiple times on a hard counter top (if you do use this method make sure that you ask your parents first, that its not late or early in the day, and that you are very careful, I highly recommend the first option). Overall, these cupcakes were a hit and definitely a chocolate surprise for all of the chocolate lovers out there!
