Vanilla Cupcakes with Coffee Cream Cheese Frosting!

Check out these amazing Vanilla Cupcakes with Coffee Cream Cheese Frosting with a Chocolate Covered Coffee Bean on top! This recipe makes about 12 regular sized cupcakes, true to the recipe. For the frosting I used a piping bag and a piping tip! Before you start to frost the cupcakes make sure to completely cool the cupcakes, so that the icing doesn't melt. Overall this recipe worked out very well, and the coffee buttercream helps for a pick me up. They are perfect for a small group of friends or you could always keep them for your self if you'd like, but they are so good, you'll want everyone to experience them. For the chocolate covered coffee bean I bought them at this store called, "Bulk Barn", however, if you don't have a location near you, I'm sure you'll be able to find them at any candy section of a grocery store or at a baking supplies store. All in all, I would definitely recommend these, as they are so cute and delicious!
