Upside Down Banana Cake!

Who loves bananas? Everyone! Well, okay not everyone, but it is one of the most popular fruits in the world. And with this cake, it'll make you love bananas even more, especially with the caramelized bananas! This cake is super soft and fluffy, especially when it comes right out of the oven. One of the most important parts of this recipe is to properly and fully butter and flour the pan, to make sure that the caramelized bananas on top come out perfectly. Also make sure to get a round pan that has the sides come off, as this makes it way easier to flip upside down, and is also less of a hassle. It also goes well with vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce, and whipped cream, if you feel like glamming it up! You can also make this recipe into two small round pans instead of one large pan, if you'd like to have a thinner layer of cake. Also, make sure to wait until the cake is completely cool before flipping it upside down, as it will break apart otherwise. Another thing to remember, is to wait until the cake doesn't jiggle in the middle, and you can also use a toothpick to make sure it is fully cooked. If the top of the cake is round/bumpy, don't worry, as this will soon become the bottom of the cake, and will even out once you flip it upside down. Overall, this was great recipe that is great to bring to a party. Happy Baking!
