Who here loves chocolate? Or more specifically Chocolate Chip Cookies? Okay, alright that was kind of a rhetorical question I know, as Chocolate Chip Cookies are everyone's favourite cookie, am i right? Or at least the majority's. Anyways, what's better than Chocolate Chip Cookies you ask, none other than JUMBO Chocolate Chip Cookies! Yup, you heard me right, JUMBO Chocolate Chip Cookies! How big are these cookies, you may ask? Well, i'll tell you how big they are, they are roughly the size of my hand! Yup, that's right you heard me! I know it may sound ridiculous but it's so exciting! These are perfect for a pick me up and the novelty of just having a huge cookie in front of you, doesn't that just make you smile? I know it sure does for me, as it makes everything seem fancier, even if you can't physically eat the entire cookie, the idea is there, that you have just ate a giant cookie, or at least bought one! Plus that way it's only 1 cookie instead of like 3 small cookies, hahah. As for tips, my only major tip for this recipe is that because of the size of the cookies, make sure to spread them apart more than normal, as they will spread as they bake. Also, they may need to bake 1-3 min longer than the recipe depending on your oven, due to their gigantic size, but trust me it's worth it! Also, I only used about half the amount of chocolate chips that the recipe called for but that is totally up to you! The recipe makes approximately 12 large cookies, but since I was giving them to my friends and family, I made two separate batches to accommodate everyone! Not only are they super amazing because of their size but they are also amazing, especially with tea, coffee, or milk! Anyways, have a great weekend, and I know that your family will love these cookies and you for making them, so don't be shy and take out your oven mitts and start baking today!
P.S. ( For this recipe I typed in to Google "Best Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Ever" and I wasn't disappointed! This is a trick I like to use, because you'd think that all of the recipes out there must be good to be published right? Wrong. In fact, if you aren't careful you may have a recipe that won't work at all, which is totally disappointing. So adding the "best" and "ever" parts really help to narrow down your searches. Try it out next time you're looking for a recipe, as silly as it may seem, the results may surprise you ;))
