Reminiscing about Christmas yet? Well, lucky for you or not depending on your mood, here are these super delicious Snowball Christmas Cookies which are good for anytime of the year! Melts right in your mouth and all you'll want to do is close your eyes and enjoy the delicious taste as it melts away! they are super easy to make and the powdered sugar on the outside makes it that much more special and makes it resemble a snowball even more! Which is just as good for January as there is still snow outside! Or at least there is where I live haha. You could also stack them up on top of each other to make a snowman and then add little pretzels for arms and maybe some black frosting for a face. However, I would imagine that you would need to use a white icing to properly stack the cookies on top of each other, haha sounds good in concept, but whether or not that would actually work out, I'm not sure :) Worth a try though! Also these cookies are excellent to add to both your regular cookie rotation and also your Christmas cookie exchanges! Great for parties and if you don't want them to spill everywhere you can use mini muffin/cupcake tins to put them in individual if you were to have them at a Christmas/New Years Eve Party and then arrange them on a festive tray. Overall, this recipe is delicious and I would recommend this for everyone, don't knock it 'til you try it, I always like to say haha :) Happy Baking!
