Who loves pavlovas? Well, if you haven't tried one yet or you really want to try one, try it out by making them yourself! For years, I was worried that making pavlovas would be too difficult especially with the egg whites, but turns out I was wrong, at least with this recipe anyways, it's actually pretty simple! The basis of this recipe is basically egg whites, sugar, creme of tartar, and a pinch of salt. All you need is a really great blender, but I'd recommend using a Kitchenaid Mixer if you have one because it makes it so much easier. Also try using a timer as it makes the recipe even easier, especially since it's hard to tell if you're whipping the egg whites fast enough without one. I'd recommend using setting 3-4 on the Kitchenaid if you do decide to use it. As for the blueberry glaze it's super easy to make and the timer applies here too! I would also recommend making whipped cream or your favourite kind of cream such as chantilly, etc. to put on top of each pavlova to make it even better! For this recipe just look at all recipes.com or type in "Best Whipped Cream Recipe" works like a charm! Anyways, I hope that you all have a great week and enjoy this as much as I had making them! Happy Baking!
