Apple Berry Cobbler!

Writer's picture: Lauren TangLauren Tang

Check out this super delicious Apple Berry Cobbler recipe that I made for Father's Day this weekend! Perfect for a breakfast treat or BBQ dessert, or well practically anytime of the year. It goes great with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream or any of your favourite toppings. The original recipe calls for blueberries and apples but I decided to mix it up a bit and use 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cup of raspberries, 1 cup of strawberries, and 2 gala apples. I was thoroughly surprised with how well this recipe turned out and you'd be surprised at how much the berry and apple mixture shrunk when baked in the oven. Also, the cobbler portion was super fluffy and soft and may even be better than an apple crumble if you like an almost cake-like/scone texture to go along with berries and ice cream, as a crumble is well crumbly haha (okay sorry but I don't really know how else to describe it. Overall, this recipe turned out super well and has become an instant classic in my cookbook repertoire. Happy Baking :)
