Old Fashioned Pecan Pie!

Who loves pecans? Then this is the recipe for you because this recipe is full of them. Also Happy Thanksgiving for our Canadian readers! This is a great alternative dessert to make for those who don't like pumpkin (although I don't think there are that many people who don't) or who are simply tired of pumpkin pie and would like a change. This dessert ended up being a huge hit at our Thanksgiving dinner this year and was even more popular than the pumpkin pie. As for alterations to this recipe the only thing I really altered was by using a pre-made pie shell simply for time constraints and I would recommend buying a bigger pie shell than the one I bought. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and a classic I would definitely make again. Happy Thanksgiving and have fun baking! :)
