Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies!

Today is my 200th post! To celebrate I made Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies! Fortunately, they turned out really well and are super soft like bear paws with a cookie texture. All three of these flavours are amazing and put them together and it's even better! As for alterations to the recipe, it was fairly accurate. The only modification I would make would be to bake the cookies for 9-10min depending on how you like your cookies. For 8min it tastes more like a bear paw with a soft texture but if you want it to be more like a regular cookie but still soft than 9min and if you like it with a bit of a crunch than 10min. To make this recipe, I used 1 medium mashed banana and rather than using 1/4 cup of chocolate chips on top of the cookies I ended up putting all of the chocolate chips in at once. Mainly because I forgot about putting in the 1/4 cup to reserve for later, but it still worked out wonderfully haha. I would definitely recommend using a Kitchenaid or a similar type of mixture, as I found this to work out really well. Just make sure to use a spatula in between adding the ingredients to ensure it mixes together evenly. Also, I put the mixture in the fridge for 2hrs and it seemed to work out well. As for rolling the dough into cookies it was approximately a handful of dough and once on the sheet flattening them with the palm of my hand. I would definitely recommend leaving the cookies to cool on the baking sheet after taking it out of the oven for at least 10min, as this will ensure the cookies will solidify and make them easier to pick up. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoyed it! Happy Baking :)
