Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies!

Who loves cheesecake? Do you love chocolate? If you said 'yes' to both you'll love these Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Cookies! They are light and delicious and yes they are supposed to look that light, it's because of the cheesecake (cream cheese) component of this recipe. It was super easy to make and made approximately 24-25 small cookies. I used the recommended 5tbsps of mini chocolate chips for this recipe rather than the 4tbsps, as they seemed too little. Make sure to scrape the bottom of the bowl with a spatula during the mixing process to ensure all of it is combined thoroughly. However, for the chocolate chips stir them in to the mixture with a spatula. Make the cookies approximately the size of a tablespoon in the palm of your hand. It took a bit longer than the recommended time I would say the perfect time would be 13-14min rather than the recommended 10min. This could have also been because of the tray levels which I forgot to change and was one up then it usually is. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you enjoyed this review :)
