Healthy Chocolate Chip Cookies and Almond Milk!

Today, I thought I'd share a healthy cookie recipe for those of you out there who are looking for a substitute for your usual cookie recipe, but want to stick to eating healthy. These are super easy and delicious to make, plus they taste like an actual cookie and are super similar in texture and taste! The almond milk also adds to this and really tastes like regular milk and is creamy and sweet, the perfect combination. The chocolate chips are actually cacao nibs which you can buy at health food stores such as Superstore, Whole Foods, Choices, and even some Winners. As for the almond milk it was super easy to make and I used raw unroasted unsalted almonds and used organic vanilla from Safeway. I also used a tea cloth to strain the almond mixture into a big bowl after blending the mixture as I didn't/couldn't find the nut bag my mom bought a while back.
