Plum Crumble!

It's plum season! Well, okay actually I'm not completely sure if it is or not but in my house it sure is since we have a plethora of plums! I'm talking bags of plums, which will explain why there are so many plum posts. Anyways, so today I was looking for a quick and easy plum recipe that's great on a fall day since we have now officially passed into the fall zone. So I picked up a cookbook (okay more like 10 since not all of them had plum recipes and the ones that did had ingredients I didn't have and I dint really want to go out and get ingredients haha), and I found this recipe. It worked out pretty well and the only modification I really made was to add about 3-4 more small plums than the recommendation in the recipe, as like I said I have a mountain of plums haha. I ended up using a long tray and I greased the pan with Olivina (a type of Margarine), however, you can also use butter, olive oil, avocado oil, cooking spray, coconut oil, or any other type of oil based product that will ensure your amazing dish doesn't stick to the pan. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed this quick review, as there really wasn't much to add to this recipe except if you wanted to you could also use blueberries or strawberries, apples, or any other fruit you'd like to add in if you don't have plums or enough plums, it's totally up to you. Happy Baking :)
