Chocolate Chip Cherry Bars/Blondies!

Today I decided to make these delicious Chocolate Chip Cherry Blondies or Bars. I followed this recipe fairly close except for a few modifications. For instance, I used best brown sugar rather than light brown sugar since I didn’t have any around. I also used ¾ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips Chipits. As for pitting the cherries, I cut them in half and then got rid of the pits that way. I think I’ll have to look up another way to get rid of the pits without cutting them in half, but for now I haven’t figured out how to do so easily. It ended up taking 30min to bake and worked really well. You can also try using other fruits such as any type of berries, etc. I really like how easy this recipe was to make and how fast it was, so if you want to make a recipe in a pinch this is definitely the recipe for you, especially when it’s so hot outside, you most likely won’t want to stay in the kitchen that often.
