Cookies and Cream Cookies!

August 13th, 2025

By: Lauren Tang

Today I decided to make these delicious Cookies and Cream Cookies! Perfect with a cold glass of milk or cup of coffee. These were fairly easy to make and made 24 regular-sized cookies in total and only took 13min to bake at 350F. I ended up using 9 oreos and 1 cup of white chocolate chips to add to the batter. For the oreos, I put them in a large ziplock bag before closing it and smashing it for a crumbled appearance with a rolling pin before adding them to the mixture. I also let them cool in the fridge for 2 hours and let them cool from the oven after baking for about 15min. Overall, these cookies turned out really well and I hope you enjoy baking them as much as I did! Happy baking :)

Mini Oreo Cheesecakes!

August 19th, 2025

Today I decided to use the remaining oreos and make these cute and delicious Mini Oreo Cheesecakes! I love how simple it is to make and how few ingredients are required for cheesecakes. Adding another dimension of flavour such as oreos make these even better. I ended up using my Vitamix to blend the base of the oreos for the cheesecakes, but you could also use a food processor or blender or even crush them in a ziplock bag with a rolling pin. For the batter, I kept it simple and used 5 oreos to get 1/2 cup for the filling. I opted out of the topping, but you could also add on whipped cream or a mini oreo with a chocolate drizzle on top for aesthetics. It took approximately 16min at 350F to bake for the cheesecake and 5min at 350F for the crust. I let them cool for about 10-15min before putting them in the fridge to set. Overall, this recipe turned out really well and I hope you have fun making them too! Happy baking :)
